At Original®, skateboarding is more than a sport; it’s a way of life that shapes how we see the world around us. Many of us grew up viewing city infrastructures through a creative and innovative lens. This perspective inspired our first DIY project: Ribeira das Naus.
Partnering with the Clandestino Collective, we transformed Ribeira das Naus into a vibrant and joyful skateable area for the community. This initiative reflects our commitment to reclaiming and revitalizing urban spaces, making them accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Through our “You Buy, We Build” program, 1% of our sales support DIY skate projects like this one. By creating and improving skateboarding spots, we’re fostering a sense of community and encouraging creativity and innovation.
